Dicky is a partner and founder of Deal Kapital. Prior to co-founding the firm, he has over 10 years’ experience in the financial industry mainly advising various clients from private, public companies both onshore and offshore institutions.

His work mainly spans across Asia Pacific and very often being engaged to lead, manage complex cross-border transaction structure and managing multi stakeholders.

His ability to solve complex problems, prioritising issues, managing, and formulating solutions to mitigate risk and maximize value has provided huge value added to all his clients in their time of need.

His experience includes managing business and financial reviews, development of financial models, financial and operational restructuring, negotiation, and management with various stakeholders.

01	Court supervised restructuring (“PKPU”) for one of Asia’s largest debt restructuring in history with debt size over USD 7.5 billion.
02	Prepared independent business and financial review, development of financial model, coordination with various advisors and syndicated lenders in connection with debt restructuring (USD 191.3 million) for Asia leading independent power producer
03	Prepared Independent business and financial review, development of financial model, coordination with various advisors, and syndicated lenders in connection with debt restructuring (USD 93 million) of an LPG processing company in Indonesia
04	Performed Non-Performing Loan (“NPL”) portfolio valuation worth over IDR 1 trillion par value for one of Australia’s largest bank.
05	Performed valuation service for Papua New Guinea (“PNG”) State-Owned Enterprise (“SOE”) in connection with potential stock acquisition from one of Malaysian largest conglomerate
06	Performed due diligence and develop financial model for the purpose of working capital raising of USD 10 million facility for Indonesia’s largest automotive battery manufacturers.
07	Court supervised restructuring (“PKPU”) for private company with debt size over USD 200 million.
